Products

Here are just some of the most popular products we offer for install.

Standing seam

With a floating clip that holds the panels in place whilst allowing for expansion and contraction, referred to as mechanical lock, this the best choice since the two panel’s seam closes any space water may collect and lowers the risk of leaking between seams. Available in 12” and 16” width panels, flat or beaded and in a wide range of colours.

12” wide in Black. Westshore Estates, BC.

Snap-lock

Snap-lock profiles are a concealed fastener system with a perforated flange to attach the metal panel to the roof deck, but the seams are snapped into place. Since snap-lock profiles don’t require any mechanical seaming, this system typically requires less labor to install. Snap-lock panels are available in 12” or 16” widths with a 1” high seam and flat or beaded.

12” wide in Slate blue. Chase, BC.

Exposed fasteners

Commonly referred to as just “cladding” this system is used on equally both walls and roofs. Having a 36” coverage and having colour matched fasteners this usually the most cost effective system. Available in a wide range of profiles and colours, however the pictured are most common being TR-936 and 7/8” corrugated profiles.

Tongue and groove style

Tongue and groove type systems are used for walls and soffit areas. These systems can be perforated to allow for ventilation or be solid and have striations to add stiffness and a plank like look in wood grain colours. Becoming a more popular choice to really make an impact in your homes overall design.
